Saint Honore Market Square
Place du Marche St Honoré |
A former convent that became a club during the 1789 revolution and transformed into a market in the XIXth century.
The Saint Honore Square now houses a glass covered market designed by Boffill, with different offices and up-market, fashionable decoration shops. Nice unusual boutiques surround the square along with trendy restaurants which display soughtafter shades terraces in the summer. An interesting contrast between modernity and peacefulness for this tipically Parisian square. |
